When do you ship?
For guaranteed Tuesday shipping, please order by Monday Midnight 11pm European time.
For guaranteed Thursday shipping, please order by Wednesday 11pm European time

Packaging and Storage
Are Caulito Pizza Crusts & Toasties packed in a plastic bag?No! As part of our corporate philosophy, we pride ourselves on being chemical free. One way to achieve this is by using a bag made from sustainable wood pulp. They are 100% compostable and biodegradable in the sea. See Biodegradable Packaging for more information.
How do I store my Pizza Crust & Toasties after receiving them? (online purchases)
My ice pack wasn't frozen, the bread is still fine?
Yes, the bread is still perfectly fine. The cold pack will be thawed when it gets to you. We only insert the ice packs to keep the product colder for 3 days during transit, but it will not arrive to you frozen.

Is your bread gluten free?Yes, all the ingredients we use in our bread are gluten free and it is naturally gluten free.
What does "grain free" mean?
Grain-free means our bread does not contain any grains (rice, oats, etc.) found in most gluten-free breads. It also fits into a keto/paleo/anti-inflammatory diet.
Yes, our vegan product is very high in fiber and the vegetarian version is high in protein. Please refer to the product details on the product packaging for more information.
What is the difference between vegan and vegetarian bread?
Caulito offers 2 types of low carb flavors suitable for a large group of people. The main difference between the two is the use of eggs and cheese in the vegetarian version, while the vegan version contains neither eggs nor cheese. See Vegan/Vegetarian for a full list of ingredients.
Is your bread keto friendly?
Yes, our pizza bases and toasties are 100% keto friendly. Our products are a perfect bread substitute when on a keto diet. They don't contain grains like brown rice flour, which is found in many gluten-free breads. It also contains no refined sugar. It's very low in carbohydrates. See the nutritional information on the pack for more details.
Is your bread organic?
All of our ingredients are organic. We have applied for formal accreditation so that we can officially call ourselves "BIO". Please wait for this announcement in the coming months.
Do your Pizza Crusts & Toasties contain soy?
No, it does not contain soy flour.
Where does the sugar in the product come from?
We don't add any sugar. The sugar comes from the natural ingredients that we add.
What does free-from product mean?
Our products are Free-From all kinds of GMO/Additives/Fillers/Sugar. We don’t believe in shortcuts and that’s why we have made a very lean and clean product.

Can I cancel my subscription order the day it goes through?
Once your order has gone through, unfortunately you cannot cancel. You can always access your account and adjust your order date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! We are sad to see you go but there is no commitment subscription as long as you cancel 24 hours in advance of the delivery day. Just go into your account and cancel.
