Low-Carb Rukola und Feta Toasties

Low carb arugula feta toasties

Hungry for lunch or an appetite for a snack? Make these delicious and filling sandwiches with Caulito's vegan or vegetarian toasties.

Ingredients:

  • Vegetarian Toasties (1 pack contains 6 Toasties)

  • A handful of arugula

  • 1 packet of feta cheese

  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 packet of cherry tomatoes

  • A handful of green olives

  • A pinch of black cumin seeds

Preparation:

  • The toasties are pre-cooked, but if you like them warm you can reheat them in a pan or in the oven.

  • List the ingredients in the order of your preference.

  • Cover the toastie with another toastie and cut in half.

Serve with warm tea as a snack or as a quick lunch at work.
